I have done business with DX for 2 years. I worked in HK for 6 weeks in 1985 and was deeply impressed with everyone in HK who worked very hard, was honest, and had fair products at fair prices. But in 1999 China took over. And I wonder how much control any person or company has over their own business anymore. DX has been growing too fast. I thought they had 2 people. A man and a woman with 1 other helper. They've added about 2000 products in the past year or so. No 3 man business can keep up with that. And I personally wouldn't be surprised if the growth was forced upon them by the Government of China. They tell you where to work, where to live, and that's the way it is. There are changes. There are things I know nothing about which might mean I'm 1/2 full of hot air. But try to simply warn people as you've done, try to find the kind of business that they can do well, and then try to find a company that will supply you with what you want. I've had the same kind of problems. With me it was white LEDS. So Ifigured for the price plus the effort they've made, plus my past benefit I have to chalk it up to.. it's time to move on. Give them business for small items. Read the forums. They are there to help you decide what to buy Most of the products are available through other suppliers. Try to find out what the product really is. Of the thousands DX has they can't possibly know what they have. And lastly. Good luck. Andre |
