Thanks to lysozyme

Staples has this next week for $44.98 - $40 easy rebate -5.40 (12 % customer appreciation) = (- 0.42)

offer link

another forum has listed this $20 rebate from manufacturer, it may be valid

another rebate??

thanks OP. you are unstoppable today. i really dont want to buy something i dont need but this weekend, looks like, will be yet another exception!

Good deal, bad offer link.

Yeah, plz check the link.

This link worked for me...

Direct link to PDF form here

Requires Original UPC and copy of receipt. Looks good !

NOTE: Manuf. rebate limit is 10.

There was a SER until 5/10 for $20 with a limit of 10. Most likely the same as the manufacturere's one (same dates, and products).

My guess is that there'll be two $20 SERs.

looks good. lookslike both rebates are valid.

Hmm. This version doesn't have options like autoupdate of DynDNS like some of the newer G versions...

Also, can these be wireless bridged ? I don't see anything (quick scan though) on their user's guide...

Can we buy today and then PM it on Sunday ???
Do you guys think Staples will do this ???

Sure, they'll do it. But you won't qualify for the rebates, so why bother?

You can do it instore as return and rebuy. Buy today and go back sunday and ask nicely you want to return and rebuy because of the new rebate.

to qualify rebates, you cannot buy today then PM on Sunday. but you can do a return/rebuy on sunday.

Looks good, but I will have to wait till the 15th?

thanks - that makes sense to return and rebuy to use the rebates

So, when you go there on Sunday you find an empty shelf. Also, at the corner of your eye, you see a happy guy returning rebuying!

any experience with Linksys manufacturer rebates ? I sent one in Feb and have still not received it..want to know if this is usual with Linksys before splurging on the router..thanks in advance

Is the 12% automatically? I have the 10 off 20 coupon. Can they be stacked?

I'm going to the store today to hide my box in my special spot where no one ever finds it. Not even the employees!

wonder what the limit is on the Staples rebate. then you could try to use a 20/100 or 30/150 instore as well.

Good deal! Thanks OP!

Thanks for the extra rebate, I'm gonna use this as a wireless bridge so I can play XBox online!

LOL!

Any experiences with this model?

Thanks OP. Is this the same model that is on sale in BB?

Thanks OP! Can't believe this unit's price is dropping like mad crazy...

Well this gear is 3 generations old (G, G+Boost, G+MiMO). G will probably go clearance soon too..

Can I bridge this to my Linksys wrt54g, has anyone tried this successfully?

My whole house is wired with ethernet cables and switches. Fast and secure. I always shut wireless feature off. Why paying $$$ just for a new wireless protocol?

What I care is virtual server, static IP assigning, in-LAN routing to virtual server, DoS blocking(not a static firewall rule), and most importantly, PERFORMANCE (when server traffic is high)!

I have 3 routers (Belkin, Netgear, AT&T) dead after running 1-3 months each. But this LinkSys one has been great. Never reboots or freezes. Anyone know how many the stapler rebate allows?

My guess is there'll be two $20 rebates. One is an extension to the one that expired on 5/10, which allows for 10 per household. The other $20, my guess it'll most likely be one.

Note that the Manufacturer's one (also limit ten) goes to a different address and it's handled by an outside company. The SERs are handled by Parago.

Of course, if they do two $20 ones, it'll be YMMV to cash in on the manufacturere's one if Parago forwards it to the other company. They've done that in the past...

Why? That's not what the ad says and Staples typically does not do dual ER's.

My question is whether the $20 rebate could be rejected by saying that Staples is not a participating retailer. They do not spell that out on the rebate form. In theory since Staples is handling the rebates on their own, they would NOT be participating in the mail-in $20 piece. But who knows if the rebate would be accepted or not.

Hmm.. just saw your other post. I guess it is feasible that the SER is actually being forwarded to GFS (web-rebates, where the $20 rebate is sent). We'll have to wait and see, I suppose.

My family has total four computers and two network printers. A 4 ports router does not offer enough ports for me if all computers and printers are connected. Can I use this device to get more ports? I have only one high speed connection. How should I set up? Thanks in advance.

Nice..

thanks

Great deal OP. Iam in for 10 on Sunday.
Thanks for the Heads-up

Thanks!

Why you care?? You made $20 on each, so you buy 10 and make $200. You can donote the 10 routers to me. -

thanks op

You got the point. Is there anyone who knows if staple is a participating retailer?

Got my two $20 rebate from linksys the other day. Linksys and Staples paid me to take the junk.
