Not showing for me yet either but they said 'allow 8 weeks' and it's only been about 5 since I mailed them. When it gets around 7 weeks then I'll give them a call. If you don't have it they listed an inquiry phone number of 888-701-7637.
I also submitted the $35 rebate for the player/card combo (that went to a different address). It's showing on the OD rebate center website as 'being processed'.

I get the same result with just my house number as I do with the entire address (with the last name and zip code fields filled). I have another pending rebate they're handing from a newer Staples purchase and it shows up along with old ones from last year.
Received and cashed $12 rebate yesterday . $15 don't even show up on the website ( ??? )

Both the $12 & the $15 rebates are showing up as received and processing on the web-rebates.com website. I recv'd the $35 combo rebate check in the mail yesterday.
