This refund process is horrible!!! I have been waiting for my refund. According to their website - allow 6-8 weeks for process from the time they receive it. Mine was received on December 6th - still waiting. I contacted them was told on January 16th - should get refund in 1 to 2 weeks everything is approved just waiting on card to be issued. Called back on January 28th - told I would have to wait 3 more weeks. Spoke with supervisor who stated there was nothing he could do - just had to wait - his name was Andy. I was then transfered to Sebastian who is the floor manager -he stated it was a system delay and I should just wait the 3 more weeks. He would try to expedite my refund but couldn't promise it would happen. Should call back in a few days. One week later - still the same story. I have emailed Kohl's rebate help center to inform them of the bad service!!! If someone could give me the direct phone number for digital labs - I would call them to.

Mine is in stage 3/4 waiting for a mail date, hopefully it comes any day soon.

I have also been waiting for my rebate since 1st week in Dec 2007. Today was my 5th phone call - no one can say when the rebate card will be sent - my question is : Has anyone actually received a rebate from this offer?

Still getting yanked around on this rebate. Resubmitted three times. Just called and they tell me its to late to resubmit again. Horrible customer service from the start. Never got same answer twice from them. No way my rebate was lost 4 times. Will be calling Digital Labs and Kohls about their rebate processor for what it worth (wont do any good but give me a chance to vent). First rebate out of several hundred that I got screwed on!!
