I bought a Ximeta NAS 3.5" harddrive enclosure from Frys.com on Nov 2006. Frys.com advertised a $30 Mfr MIR which went to

The rebate form clearly says that "Your sales receipt must be dated between
October 27, 2006 - November 30, 2006. Please allow 10-
12 weeks for receipt of the rebate", after about 10 weeks I called expressgroup and was told they didn't get it and ask me to resubmit. After 3 weeks, I called back and was told the rebate promotion was closed on Feb 09.
The rebate says 12 weeks for receipt but from Nov 30 2006 - Feb 09 2007, that ONLY 9 weeks,
Then I email Ximeta corporation, rebate@ximeta.com and service@ximeta.com, no reply.
I called frys.com 1 800 number, and get a CSR (Elizabeth F) and ask me to email her all the documents, I did that on Mar 16, but didn't hear from her afterwards. on Mar 23, I called Frys corporation, and get a person, that person told me Elizabeth F would call me, then I received email from her saying "I did receive rebate and will review and get back to you". I sent her email on Apr 1 and Apr 3, bt didn't get any reply.
I call frys corporation today but is told by an operator that there is no customer service Dept in the corporate.
He transfer me to another Dept two times, but they all disconnected after few seconds.
