Hoping others like me who switched from Sunrocket to Net2Phone because of the rebate can keep track of where things are at through this thread. As the rebate had some vague terms and no real contact information, it would be good to know if anyone has received credit for longer than the first three months at sign up. If this thread is not warranted, feel free to bury it.

I'd like to know what info from the SunRocket site people are sending in.

There's really no single page that has all the requested info. Also, it seems that the only way to "link" multiple pages of info is via the email address at the top of the page and/or the phone #. I'm trying to decide what I should send.

Hmmm... I faxed and mailed, haven't received any confirmation mail yet.

I faxed mine on 8/16 and rec'd an email confirming receipt on 8/23.

I faxed my father's info immediately after mine (in a separate fax), but he hasn't rec'd a confirmation email yet.

I got charged even after faxing the rebate & necessary copies. N2P says they never received it and when I faxed the forms again today they declined the rebate saying "please provide any proof that I had faxed it earlier". When I originally faxed them, I did not print fax confirmation and don't have any fax log to prove it.

I would appreciate if anyone can PM their fax confirmation page to me so I can just prove it to them as if it's my fax log. I don't care about the date it was faxed as long as it's in the valid period. Thanks a lot.
