I bought one trendnet router for free after rebate on July 29. I sent every thing for rebate to Trendhet. They mailed me postcard to reject it first by out of valid date. I called them about my purchase date. Then they added No UPC and out of valid date on the reject reason. I caled again, one guy gave me the fax number, case number and his ID number, let me to fax the receipt to him. Three weeks later, it still showed invalid by "no UPC" and "out of date.". I tried to file complain to BBB, but the complain form need the company address, I filled in rebate address, it didn't work. Can anyone help me how to file the complain?

There is this new company at www.google.com that may help you to find the trendnet's address, phone number and such. Please keep in mind this is a new thing and may not work for you. OTOH, it is free.

That's where I'm headed. Just got my "missing UPC" note in the mail today... on 4 items. Apparently the tape I use to adhere UPCs to the rebate form fails once inside sealed envelopes... then manages a Houdini from said sealed envelope.
