There are 2 different 5 Free HD-DVD Movie offers now available around. This post is only for forms and you can choose which one has a better selection for you. Hope it helps you guys to have an option to get selection you like the most.

Toshiba HD-DVD or XBOX 360 HD-DVD Player (Valid in US):

Rebate One

Rebate Two

XBOX 360 HD-DVD Player Only (Valid in the UK):

Rebate Three

Toshiba HD-DVD or XBOX 360 HD-DVD Player (Valid in Canada):

Rebate Four

EDIT:

For those who Rebates One and Two look the same:

- Category C now has TMNT instead of Swordfish!
- Category E now has Syriana instead of Troy!

And AKA is right. The 360 offer seems only valid in the UK since it has a UK address. My bad!

Thank you Fliptech for Rebate Four.

Do not use Rebate One, use Rebate Two instead

The P.O. Box 430931 for Rebate One has been closed, so your submission will not be delivered.

Hawk311 had called and was told to use the rebate form on www.thelookandsoundofperfect.com

The 360 offer is only valid in the UK (thus the UK mailing address).

And the 1st two are indeed different. The first (the link not directly from Toshiba) has TMNT and Syiana.

This should be in deal discussion or one of the many other HD DVD threads, though. It's not a hot deal unless you've already participated in the other deal.

Hey OP, add Toshiba in the title so more people can search for the thread.

I like the UK selection. Wish I could have gotten Serenity as a choice.

So if I submitted one for the xbox version that I bought last month, can I submit another for the $99 A2 player I got on Friday?

FWIW, here's one I found for Canadian buyers: http://assets.xbox.com/en-ca/pdf/hddvd.pdf

Notable differences: "Freedom Writers" instead of Italian Job and a $10 shipping fee.

I guess Rattle and Hum is a given, since I was in the crowd that sunny day when Bono did a little defacing of public art. Yes, they did stop the traffic that day. Heard a blip on the radio about U2 doing a free concert in EssEff, quickly decided to skip classes, 'barrowed' (okay..stole, stfw!) my roomies car and went to get my girl, drove to EssEff from Davis in under an hour flat. Arrived to a crowd already gathering in Justin Herman Plaza, mix of punks, preps and lunchtime suits all over the place. Sound sucked, lots of echo and couldn't make out what the hell Bono kept blabbing on about, IRA I suppose, but when Hendrix(err..Dylan) was played, the crown went nutso. Went way past the suits lunch, and I know many didn't dare go back to work after what they smoked. I miss those days of being an impulsive youth. "Save the Yuppies!"

Rebate 2 is the one from Toshiba website - where is rebate 1? Would they actually honor it? I know that rebate 1 (with tmnt) was what was offerred initially before Oct 1, but rebate 2 was released to everyones surprise

Rebate 1 is downloadable from Sears.com so I'm sure it is legit.

Rebate One @ Sears

That rebate form has GNAH Studios' logo at the bottom and they do graphics work for Toshiba.
