Office Depot Customer Care Rebate Center Archived From: Rebate Tracking

I purchased a Navigon Pocket Loox 100 and used Navigon Company REBATE FORM. I sent the form and all requested ducumentation to the address in Texas on the form. I found out that yhe Office Depot' customer care center handles the rebate for Navigon. After 2 months of sending in another copy and fax us a new copy of the rebate material I sent, I am now told that Office Depot does not handle the Navigon Rebate. I called Navigon again amd again and they told me yes they do. After the 7th called to Office Depot and the 6th call to Navigon, I still don't have my rebate for $50.00 as promised. Has anyone any suggestions of help for me? Thanks so much.

Did you buy the item from Office Depot? If so, what was the offer number on the rebate? And what was the mailing address in Texas that you sent the rebate to? That will help determine who is really handling this rebate.

I finally spoke to an authority person at Navigon. Yes, ofOice Depot is handling the rebates for Navigon no matter where the item was purchased. He assured me he would get to the bottom of things as this kind of service reflects poorly on Navigon. He called me three times to inform me he was still working on it. The 3rd call was a very nice message left for me that said the check is in the mail, and if I am still not satisfied to call him back immediately. I feel Navigon stepped up t the plate and helped me when Office Depot showed very poor customer service.
