My OCZ $40 rebate was denied because the invoice did not fall within the period that the rebate was valid. however when I ordered the ram, it was at ~11pm on the last day the rebate was valid. However, when I received my invoice and online, it shows up as an order on the next day 3 hours later showing the next day at ~2Am. I am guessing this is due to Fry's system being on the east coast whereas i am on the west coast. i have tried contacting both fry's and ocz to no avail. fry's says that they cannot alter the receipt because it is a legal document and ocz is saying that they cannot accept the current invoice, but i can resubmit my invoice.

However, they use Eastern time for their invoice cutoff so by ordering at 11:00 pm PT, Fry's invoiced your order at 2:00 am the following day. I'm afraid you're out of luck. Sorry.
