i purchased a ARITA DVD+R 8X 4.7GB in 25 pcs spindle from Newegg.com on nov 7,2007. later i submited MIR of 10$ to ribatetrack.com . i sent all the required documents through mail.But i got an email saying that it is invalid. when i try to contact through email of phone, there is no information regarding contact infromation in thier website, Please help me how to contact..

If This is the form then the phone number is printed clearly on it. You should have a copy of what you submitted anyway.
