1. Just cancelled an order. Phoned 1800COMPUSA. Got a live agent with difficulty. Was told worryingly that the refund would hit my credit card in two to four weeks. Initial payment was made through Google Checkout. Can I, should I, attempt an AMXEX charge back?

Domestic Shipping All orders are shipped F.O.B. destination once credit is approved. In an effort to deliver all products in a timely manner, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If any item in your order is delayed or back-ordered, we will ship the items when they become available. You may receive more than one shipment for each order. CompUSA's Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us and you return the product with the original receipt or invoice within 21 days of purchase or invoice date, you may exchange the product or receive a refund, except as explained below. Computers, monitors, printers, projectors, camcorders, and cameras may be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if opened (unless defective).
