Some of our folks here bought a thinkpad between 12/19/07-12/31/07, since they claimed $100 REBATE if we paid with paypal. now it seemed we were robbed by either paypal or Lenovo.
here is the message i just got from paypal this morning!

I am sorry that you have not received your Cash Back. This
offer was a merchant promotion and not a Paypal offer. Please contact
Lenovo to find out when you will receive your Cash Back. I am sorry for
