Question on using the compusa visa debit card Archived From: Deal Discussion

I got rabate ($17) in a form of visa debit card. Unfortunately I did not know how to use it right. It was charged for $17.39. Consequently it has a negative balance (-0.39$) in the account. Anyone knows how to solve this problem? I checked the website but found no answer. Thanks.
