I purchased a Compaq computer from Office Depot that had a $50 MIR.
I, PROPERLY, sent the forms in.
Yesterday got a letter denying my rebate because they said I purchased at wrong store.
I called and they said I purchased it from OfficeMax.
My regisrer receipt shows OfficeDepot at the top and then " Office Depot " ( in RED ) all the way down the full length. About 1 inch apart.
How could anyone miss it ?
Now I have to Resubmit, AGAIN....
Another 41 cent stamp, envelope, print out UPC, Register Receipt and Rebate form.
What is wrong with these people now days ?
