Lenovo Outlet: Problems getting the 10% Fat Cash from December 2007 Archived From: Deal Discussion

Ordered a laptop, going through the FW-> Lenovo.com -> LenovoOutlet links.
Ordered ~ Dec 20 (after FW mods confirmed that LenovoOutlet qualifies for 10% Fat Cash); received laptop ~ Jan 7.
Fat Cash did not show up and I finally complained to FW. Since then, Fat Cash is pending investigation.
Anyone else in the same boat (Lenovo Outlet only ; do not confuse with regular Lenovo.com purchases)?

Update: LenovoOutlet finally made good on the FWcash - got check from FW in mail.
