Did any of those people who purchased the BT-8010 back in December '07 receive their $20 gift card? I mailed in the rebate info and my status hasn't changed in months.

Nothing yet. Mine was showing a "Date Posted" of 1/17/2008 a few weeks ago. Now it has disappeared completely!

I looked at my copy of the original rebate form and found a phone number to call in order check on the status of the rebate. The phone number is 1-800-635-0663.

I called the number and was told by the rep that the rebates are taking longer to process (than normal) due to the overwhelming response they received for this offer. I was told that they're in the process of finishing up the processing of the rebates. I wasn't given a time frame.

I was also told that checkmyrebates.com is in the process of updating their website. That seems to be the reason why the website lost/removed my original rebate status info. The rep told me that I should occasionally check the website in order to see when it's updated.

Still waiting ... been 17 weeks. Value of the dollar has dropped 30% and gas has gone up 25% since then maling the rebate worth about $1.01.
