I bought ZIO cameramate 55$ from CompUSA on Feb 2007, with 45$ MIR. I check rebate status on May, 2007, CS told me Check will be mailed recently. I checked again on Sep 2007, --www.expressgroup.com had been gone at that time, but 1-800-741-1365 still works, CS told me the old rebate processing company closed , so transfer take time. I check on Oct , 2007, same excuse. but right now 1-800 does not work, it looks like everybody gone ! ![]()
What can I do right now? Is it possible to return product to CompUSA to exchange even gist card?
