Has anyone received the rebate?

Frys and eCost are offering the Holux GPSmile 52+ with a $45 rebate. I'm on week 12 and calling the phone number 888-655-0854 gives leave a message (I did) and email to checkstatus@mail.com has not got a response. Another forum seems to have listed the same problem http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?threadid=770107

Finally made voice contact - said they had no record. I told them about the e-mail sent with copies of the rebate forms. Two weeks later got a check. Seems they ignore e-mail without voice contact.
