Citi offered me five $10 visa card for keeping the credit protector plan. I mailed 3 so far, but only got 1 visa card. The rebate coupon only shows the website for tracking:

This website shows nothing more than the very brief info about 2 out of 3 of my rebates. The middle one is missing. No phone number. No email address. I googled the company, found only a mailing address. Looks like the company is trying to hide from the customers.
How could I talk to them? will that be helpful if I talk to a citi credit protector representative? Last time I asked about the rebate, one of them told me that is system thing. I really doubt if they can help.
