Does anyone have a phone number for them? I bought a Radeon HD 3850 with $60 MIR and submitted everything a month ago, and the online tracking system doesn't show anything received. I sent them an e-mail through the link provided on the website, but I'm not getting anything back.

Wait until 10-12 weeks after you sent the rebate, start bugging them several times, call the merchant who ran the promotion, then file a complaint against the merchant and diamond mm. That's what I am going to do for the 50 rebate from Diamond MM.
BTW, this company is notorious for rejecting rebates. Be prepared for that.
I sent numerous emails and never got a response regarding my rebate from May 31. To my surprise out of the blue I
got the $50 check today.
