Someone posted in a recent Rite Aid thread that the only way to get a "Hollywood, FL" rebate is to call the contact number.
I sent an Organix rebate around December 07, and have not recieved. I wish there was a way to track or confirm.
I am trying again for rebate after shampoo purchase at Rite Aid. Luckily, the rebate request is online through the Rite Aid website.

Where? Rite Aid has its own rebate system, but I do not see how Rite Aid would handle a manufacturer rebate. I mean, the "form" is a little plastic thing looped around the neck of the bottle, with no reference to Rite Aid.
I HAD TO CALL FIVE TIMES ONLY TO HEAR THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND ME IN THE SYSTEM. I WOULD HAVE TO REPEAT MY ADDRESS AND OTHER INFO EVERY TIME, THEN I WOULD BE TOLD MY CHECK WILL MAIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK. ONCE I HAD TO FAX A COPY OF MY REBATE FORM IN. I CALLED AGAIN AFTER TWO MORE WEEKS AND AGAIN THEY COULD NOT FIND ME IN THE SYSTEM. I CALLED TODAY AND TALKED TO DAVID WILKES (A MANAGER), I MENTIONED CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD OVERNIGHT MY CHECK FED EX TO ME AND DOUBLE IT FOR ALL MY TROUBLES. WE WILL SEE. THIS SEEMS TO BE ONE OF THOSE INSTANCES WHERE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR REBATE UNLESS YOU CALL AND HARRASS THEM. THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS 800-422-4842. LET'S JUST HOPE I GET MY CHECK OR I AM CALLING THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL.!!!
Try faxing your rebate form and receipt to 954-929-7070. I received my rebate check 4 days after faxing my documentation to that number.

I just called and asked about my rebate status. I had to repeat all my information including
the amount paid. She then said she would "process" my rebate and would receive a check "soon".
Well, what the heck has been going on for 2 1/2 months ??? Wasn't it processing then ?
I'll report back if (when) it comes.
Got my check today. I requested $5.49 and got $5.99.

Faxed my rebate submission and got my rebate check after a week.
Yes! I also send for my rebate on June 13th 2008 and still have not recieved it. thanks for the fax number. i will try that and see.
I sent one last summer(07) to my aunt's house and she never got it but she's a little weird so she might have thrown it away. I did have to call on the one that was sent to my house and I finally got it. I did another rebate with them for shampoo and a styling product and got each one at my house and my moms house. I think they have gotten much better.

P.S. I didn't call them, I just sent the fax.
Found my copies of my form and receipt while cleaning my desk at work. Mailed four months ago. Called the 800 number and was told my check had just been processed...wow!! what perfect timing on my part! 
I will give them the benefit of the doubt by giving it a week...then I think I will go with the fax number. What a gimmick!
