I got two rebates I filled them both out did exactly what it said in the submission form. Got denied on 4 rebates. I called asked if they would like copies they said no. They refused to pay out on any of them. Even the non upgrade ones. Even though I have the documentation. How unbelievable is that. I am going to the BBB with this and Frys. Frys says they will most likely honor this however I for one will never buy another Pinnacle piece of junk again. Who is with ME>>>

I never fail to get my pinnacle rebates (touch wood).
file bbb complaint and see what happens.

Filed BBB complaint they are still not making good on it.
Ummm...well what did they say is the basis for the rejection? That's sorta the key question. You say you did everything right, yet they refuse to pay? Smells fishy to me...
