ICS update for Galaxy tab seems unlikely now.
ASUS Transformer Pad TF300 would be the best choice, given its features and value for money.

Nowadays, we are so dependent on our gadgets to do things for us. Even the lowly mobile phone is now upgraded to be one of the more used things that we have. The debate should be only between the Toshiba vs. the Asus since they blow away the other two. Asus has 8MP camera and 1080p video recording while the Toshiba thinner, lighter. Make your choice. It's hard
Update: oh, I don't know which one cost more, if one costs more than $50 compare to the other, go with the cheaper.
