I have a word document I am compiling for my graduate school entrance exam. In it I have sections I)Permutations II)Probabilities III)Number Properties. The doc's length has reached 45 pages
When I add new problems I did to it, I can't just add the new problems to the top of the doc, I have to add them to the correct section. And with 40+ pages I lose where those problems are sometimes. Is there a way for Word or a program I can download to describe what was most recently edited or within a certain date range?
I would guess there is such this is such a pracatical application, but I don't know of it.

It may be too late but Word has the "Track Changes" function in tools. You should have clicked on that when you began. HERE is some good info on it for future use.
I would suggest using the "find" option for now. You may have success with that. Otherwise, you'll have to scan through manually this time and insert as needed.

Hey let's say I didn't press track changes, but on the cloud I have a version of the doc the day before I need it. Is there a way to 'compare' the two docs and see only that which has been changed?
I enabled track changes and saved the doc. Hopefully that will help. I remember using this feature or maybe I'm confusing it with summarize a LONG time ago, and I remember it being VERY annoying and popping up in places I didn't want it too. Hopefully it is more manageable than I think it is.

Yes, there is a compare option also in the TOOLS drop down menu.

Hey once I track certain changes can I remove the red change dialogue on the right side and make it reappear only when I need it?
Thanks a lot!

I am not sure as I don't really use that feature myself. Do a test by saving it after you remove some and see how it works out for you.
