I was recently gifted a really nice set of Bose bluetooth headphones, but other than using them with my iPad I seldom use them. I would love to be able to use them with my bedroom TV though. Is it possible to add bluetooth capability to a LCD TV set? Would it be as easy as plugging a bluetooth adapter into the USB port of the TV, or would it be more technical than that?

This is the TV set I'd want to use: http://www.amazon.com/TCL-L32HDF11TA-32-Inch-2-Year-Warranty/dp/... It does have a USB 2.0 port.

Thanks for any advice.

Thanks so much for the info! This sounds simple enough that even non-technical me can easily do it.

I'm kind of surprised that more TV makers don't add bluetooth capability to their sets. This particular one is a cheap bedroom TV, but even my expensive Samsung LED TV in the living room doesn't have bluetooth.

You don't need the RCA adapter; the TV you have has a headphone jack on the side.

I think it's worth the $1.50 to get the RCA jack, those are constant volume.
