My wifes compaq computer stopped working friday after 6 years. We decied that it was time for a new computer. The hard drive was not the reason for the failure. I pulled the hard drive and put it in an external encloseure that I had so that I could pull the emails and links she had saved. I have been all over the drive and searched and cannot find the the files and links. I found the old IE links she had but not the Firefox links. What file or whatever do I need to search for to find this information. Email addresses, emails and bookmarks/favorites are what I want to recover.
The operating system is windows XP The web browser is Firefox The email program is Thunderbird
And if I forgot anything please forgive me, this is first post on this forum. I did read the help guides.
Thank you very much! I did find what I was looking for.
My wife says thank you as well.
