the "-" are for the default settings for [<try n times> [<port> [<profile> if you want to know what they do then check out http://www.blat.net/examples/install&profile.html
In WebMon go to Tools -> Preferences Click on "Update alerts" Check the "Run the following command when an update is found:" box Put in: blat -to TOemail@domain.com -subject "ALERT" -body "%1 %3 %2" Click on OK
If you put BLAT.EXE in another directory besides C:\\windows you may have to specify it. Of course you can change the subject and body to whatever you like. You can text message yourself by using your text message email.
Now you can do a true test to see if it works. Try webmoning a fast changing site and see what happens. Hope this helps.

I use my ISP's email account. I think any account that doesn't require SSL will be fine.

Thanks DK. My ISP won't let me use any other SMTP servers on Port 25 and it's too much of a pain to reconfigure the firewall to allow any other port, so this worked great instead of bmail for me!
