I need to revise a PDF document. I tried doing it with Adobe Reader, but it doesn't work. I think I need Adobe Acrobat? Does anyone know where I can download Adobe Acrobat for free? Thanks.

Acrobat isn't free. FoxIt Editor is free

not free, can get a trial that works but it leaves a watermark.

you could try this

The whole reason for saving docs in pdf format is too keep you from making changes.

or CutePDF. (thx to FrugalFreak for correction).

the trick to free editing is using foxit editor to edit, THEN, print to pdf using cutepdf or pdf995 etc, to get watermark free pdf editing...

I use PrimoPDF to print to pdf.

I have revised PDFs with NitroPDF.

acrobat is not free, but other free tools in web. You can also generate a pdf with scripting language, php, etc

there's an Open Office extension that you can download that allow you to edit it.
