I use firefox and I go to sites where they have audio archive. When I right click on the audio archive it gives me the option of listening to it right away or downloading it. I never download it to save the file. I discovered recently that I can still listen to the audio I listened to 1 month ago even though I never downloaded that archive. Does anyone know where firefox saves this temprorary file? thanks
In the Address Bar, type – about:cache. This will take you to a page that allows you to view a summary of your browser cache and also will allow you to browse the files stored in the cache.

are you able to delete these files or how do you delete these files?
Select your timeframe and what you want to delete. These would be in your cache. There is also an option to delete certain items every time you close Firefox.
