Downloading Video to MP3 Player

We just got a LYRA Slider (digital media player) 8gb and I have no idea how or where do I download video (TV shows and such) to this player.
Do I have to buy another software program to do this?
I don't see that Hulu.com offers an option to download a TV show.
Any help would be much appreciated!

There probably is no way to legally download tv shows for a player like this. First you need to know what format is required. Most of the legal tv show downloads are through services like iTunes ( mp4 protected format) and Zune ( wmv protected format) which only work on specific players. Hulu can be downloaded through software like Hulu video downloader ( have no idea whether it is legal). You can also record a tv program with a dvd recorder and then convert it to your format with something like Koyote free video recorder.
