I am getting Windows Home Server and upgrading to Windows 7. I would like to upgrade my router while I'm at it. What is the best wireless router w/ wired ports for under $100.
I'm happy with the Belkin N+ ($79 at target). 2 access points (1 Normal and 1 Hotel Mode) 4 Wired Points 1 USB port for hard drive.
Pros: Hard Drive Access is easy Hotel Mode is neat if you want to 'lend' a connection that can't hack you. Target has a nice return policy. My Laptop (a Dell) can connect to it in under 10 seconds. (My Linksys can take up to 30).
Cons: I had to reboot it last week. For some reason it accepted connection but refused to give me an IP address. It is NOT a starter router, you must know some router programming before using it. Because of the plethora of features a novice could get lost.

Thanks, that is one of the routers on my list. I know how to open ports and find answers, but no programming.
