I think it's targeted... I just called ( I have a MGM players card and have some 'credit') but was told that they do not see the offer in my profile... they told me to apply online if I received the offer via email... so no go for me! Thanks anyways!

i called the vip host, and they said you have to be invited to participate in this promotion. the deal is DEAD and should be removed.
