I have been searching for a hotel/condo in South Carlsbad, Ca. For the week of July 26 thru August 2 2008. There are four of us two adults two teenagers. I would like to find something by south carlsbad state beach. Thanks

What kind of budget do you have?
I have found a few hotels like la quinta, hilton, carlsbad inn and suites. they are all like 150.00 a night. I was hoping to find a condo or something like that in the 500.00 price range for the week but this my be way unrealistic

You would be lucky to find one for under $1500. for a week.Your best bet would be the hotels.You can find cheaper if you look towards San Marcos and Vista area.

so what did you find?
I am still looking. We can stay at the south carlsbad state beach, for 125.00 for the week, I just have a really bad back and the beach is camping. But I guess you can put up with anything for a week. I will still look some more but will probably end up at the beach. Thanks for all your help.
