Hi. I'm looking for advice for a trip to Spin in Oct. or Nov 08.

As you all know, prices this summer went way up! They'll be down from where they are today but I don't know how much.

I am planning to go to La Coruna, Madrid and Barcelona. But, I'm open to other ideas.

What's the best way to get a good airfare?

Any suggestions on other places to go to in Spain? Any suggestions on the cities I've mentioned?

When just beginning your research, I would highly recommend that you go to half.com and order a Frommers or similar travel book on Spain. You can pick up a brand new book in a 2007 edition for .75 + shipping. Once you have an idea of what you want to see, then go to Tripadvisor where you can see reviews on hotels, restaurants, attractions. There are forums on specific cities and many time locals answer your questions. I was in Spain last year (Barcelona and Costa Del Sol Region) and that was how I did it. At the time Iberia had the best flights out of my airport but I usually use Kayak as a starting place for prices. I also check out Travelzoo to see if they have any specials.
