I enjoy all inclusive packages, but if you just want food/lodging/massages for your wife, there are plenty of hotel/spas that offer packages. Just get her one of those and pay for the food- a place like this should be nice: http://www.woodlandsresort.com/specialsandpackages/

I know there are all comprehensive hotels in locations like Jamaica, and The island of aruba. But I'm thinking if there are any in the Combined Declares. If you know of any please record their name and web page. Thanks!

I don't know if they include massage packages, but coincidentally as I was reading this, in my email came this link.
Marriott hotels have packages with free massages...search for spa or relaxation packages. These packages don't always show up when you search Marriott, you sometimes have to enter a promo code first to see them. www.roomcodes.com lists some of these, if your resort or hotel doesn't show up on the list of participating hotels, try it anyway for your dates as sometimes they offer the promotion during limited times and dates.
