Anyone know the discount code for Holiday Inn Express from this years Entertainment Book or any decent coupon code? I need to book a room in Fenton, MI for Labor Day weekend for a wedding and I cannot find any deals online under $104. |

Just select the Entertainment rate on their website. You may also want to try the Friends and Family rate for Holiday Inn. |

New York City - I got the Radisson on Lexington Avenue. $169 on their website for a petite room, used Kayak to find a rate of $122 with gtahotels. Claim was approved and the new rate is $91.50. |

Can someone help me with BOSTON? What would be my best deal? I have searched and found that a couple people lucked out with the Marriott at Copley Place. What about these ritzy 5 star ones? I bet they love seeing me come in with my Kohl's 80% off clothes and ask them for a discount. F YEAH!!!!! |

Just booked a room with Spring Hill Suites of Marriott.com with $109 for one night. Then I found Travelocity.com has it for $99. I filled out the claim form and they denied it right away saying that it's not the right type of room. Ok, in Marriott.com,it's said " Larger Guest Room with 1 king bed",and in Travelocity.com,it's said "Quality Guest Room with 1 king bed". In Marriott.com,they don't have anything saying "Quality",they have "Suite 2 double, suite 1 king, larger guest room 1 king and guest room 2 double".And on Travelocity.com,they have "Quality Guest room 1 king,Quality guest room 2 beds and Quality suite guest room with king bed".So I assumed" Quality Guest Room with 1 king bed" is the same as "Larger Guest room with 1 king bed". And they said it's not the right type of room. I felt like they don't want to price match for it and they are being tricky. What should I do? Should I ask the hotel and tell me the differences between those rooms? And if the employee claimed that the larger guest room 1 king is the same as quality guest room 1 king, how can I prove it? I just don't know what to do now and need some advice.Thank you. |

I had the same issue with hilton - Read this email:
The terms and conditions of our Best Rates Guaranteed policy state that we may offer a lower rate than that booked if the rate is found on another booking website. The reservation found on a 3rd party website must be an exact mirror or the reservation you have booked with hilton. The reservation and rate you have found through gtahotels.com states a 4 Day Prior to Arrival Cancellation Deadline which does not match the 4pm Day of Arrival Cancellation Deadline that you have booked through hilton. Therefore your claim is denied. There was a difference of over $200 in the rates and it is amazing how they slip through the fine print. hilton just lost a big customer. |

same thing happened today with hilton. Was going to book 3 rooms for the UMF in Miami, but thankfully Marriott matched their rate, and I am going to JW instead. I think with the increase of points there hilton just nailed the last nail on their coffin... |
