AlexRieger said:MommyOfHAndK said:NickelLady was kind enough to start a new CLEAN thread. NEW Please visit that, but NO REQUESTS PLEASE! And please do not flood it with concerns about Players Club - if the MGM promo code will work... Let's try to keep it clean by posting promocodes and relevant feedback to them only. No one wants to go thru 80 pages of begging And use PM if you just want to ask a specific question that is not all that useful to all. Thanks!

CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 threads to watch now.
Why can't people just not post requests. The first page says not to. How hard is that?

When you people see a stop sign do you drive right through?
When you see poison do you just drink it?

How hard is it to follow directions?

how hard is it to forget about this thread and just pay attention to the new one? not very

That other thread already has some dork asking for promotional codes

Are you serious!!!! Three posts above it is reiterated that requests are not to be made in this thread. It is stated in the first post of this thread as well as the new thread.

People can't read. I think that they think this is some sort of a free travel agency for them. BTW - CFAQ is what you should use! If you have to ask me what that does then they should not allow you to travel outside your zipcode.

Am I bitter? Have I been reading ZOS' posts too much?

Not crying. It is simple instruction that is on THIS very page. If you're too lazy to read then I don't know what I can do for you. Want us to wipe your gluteus maximus too?

What is up with people posting only requests, not even following the format to post a request, don't even search for deals on their own, not contributing to this forum, and want everyone to answer their questions?

This is why the travel forum is "littered" and the deals are rare.

I would avoid the Aladdin right now until the removations are complete. The front of that hotel is a mess, the casino is a mess, what a sh#t show, AVOID

I'm also pissed with those time share selling je$k's planted at both main entrances, had enough of "are you in town tomorrow"

I didn't really mind the construction at all. It was just at the front entrance and I didn't really notice it except for when I was entering or leaving. Once inside the casino/hotel I didn't even notice.

I absolutely agree with you about the time share people. My g/f and I can't walk 10 feet without getting mobbed by them.
When we stayed downtown it was worse since the casinos are so much closer together. I need to find a t-shirt that says "I'm leaving tomorrow".

We are also going on April 7-9 and I heard there are a couple of huge conventions as usual and a LPGA tournament, then the Masters too (don't know if people go to Vegas to watch the Masters though??). I was able to get a room on Sunday night for $59 at the Aladdin from this site's promo help. Thanks everyone. Otherwise, good luck, it's so expensive on Fri. and Sat. that weekend we couldn't find anything decent on the strip that wasn't under $200. I "heard" that you can get suites fairly cheap at the Polo Club Towers, which is right in the middle of everything on the south strip-ish and they aren't bad. Also, the new South Coast tower had rooms that weekend for $145 - we cancelled and got our own hookup through friends. That is a brand new hotel near Mandalay Bay end.

You mean to tell me you never noticed then entire center of the Casino floor was boarded up by white sheets of plywood, and the hammering and cutting noise did'nt bother you.
What about the guys on the window washer platform painting the outside.

Oh well!!!

I did exactly that a year ago, I wore a tee-shirt saying " I'm leaving tomorrow" and this just got me very crude comments especially from the ones that use to be in front of the Imperial, the ones at the north end of the Harrahs were even worst.
