If you ever go into an Enterprise and they are really pushing hard for you to upgrade to a bigger car for a few more bucks a day --- NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER do it! 99% of the time if they ask you if you want to upgrade, just say no, you dont want to pay anymore money -- you will end up getting a free upgrade.

trust me. i work at enterprise!

if you ever need a good corporate code, let me know i have access

So what do they do if you say that you rented an intermediate size, which they don't have, and do not want a bigger car or smaller car due to gas, harder to drive, or whatever excuse?

I just got this in my email...couldn't find the code but here's the link:

25% off until 6/5/06

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* Discount applies to vehicles reserved in advance at standard daily rates for up to 7 days at participating North American neighborhood locations. Not valid at airports. Rates are as posted at time of reservation at enterprise.com or by calling 1-800-598-8104. Weekly rates may be available depending on length of rental or for longer rental needs. Rental must end on or before 6/5/06. Discount does not apply to taxes, surcharges, recovery fees and optional products and services including, but not limited to damage waiver at $30 or less per day. Check your auto policy and/or credit card agreement for rental vehicle coverage. Offer not valid with any other coupon, offer or discounted rate, including weekend special rates. Normal rental qualifications apply. Vehicles are subject to availability. Other restrictions, including blackout dates 5/25/06 - 5/29/06 may apply. Void where prohibited.

I am going on a trip next weekend and would like any codes that could help.

I am 23.

thanks

I just used one of these to book a 1 week rental.

>>ETBX6G or ETBX6F - these are from the Entertainment Books, so bring your coupon or risk it.

Since I do not have the coupon, do you think they will insist if I fumble a bit and then just say I can not find it?

This is for June 7-14 in Atlanta. Any better codes?

TIA

alert mods

Well...I can use a code in non airport location of Atlanta that does not require a paper coupon. Will they check?

PM me if you have a good code I can use on my June 7-14 reservation.

TIA

Thanks. Update: I used the UCBALUM discount, and fatwallet link. No problems at all. Contract printed out that "discount applied" but did not indicate type to desk personell at all. The person checking me out did note I had a discount, but that was all... no questions about the school or demand I show my diploma. However no upgrade either, and car was dirty (including cigarette butt in ashtray... yech).

How are you able to stack the coupon codes at enterprise.com? It only allows me to put in one code?
Thanks for any help!

No.

Try National. I think you are able to stack their codes.

"Save up to 50%, now through 12/31/06"

Give it a try, but BEWARE.. This code actually RAISED the price for my quote! Good luck.

I tried it in the Atlanta area and it said "Not Participating".

According to the terms of this code:

Valid at participating locations in Southern California, excluding airports.

So won't work for the rest of the country.

OK, thank you.

I do have one...I just hope that they do not ask to see the coupon. I used the code from the Entertainment Book. It worked but they say they want to see it when I get the Car in June. I hope I can just fumble a bit and say I just can't find it!!!

just wondering where you got this code from. was it a promotional email? I'm renting a car from inglewood to save on the under 25 fees, and this would save me a further $100... problem is, it says in the terms:

"Coupon must be redeemed at time of rental."

just wondering if it's something i can print off!
