Any new codes for Enterprise or even Hertz? Im looking to rent a "Premium Luxury SUV" , i.e. Nissan Armada, Infiniti qx56, Escalade... something along the lines of those. A couple of months i used the AMEX code and worked perfectly. Any discounts would be greatly appriciated... Thanks
