I would assume it's the total since the card says $395 retail value for the packages. The fine print does say tax is not included for the $139 price.

I stayed in the celebrity spa suite at MGM one year ago using a similar deal. It was $110 then with a $25? food credit. I highly recommend it, the jacuzzi tub was very large and the room was nice. As we get closer to Christmas I suspect the deals for the weeks before Christmas to get even sweeter. I even got upgraded to the hollywood suite for the first couple nights because they didn't have any spa suites available, I liked the spa suite better.

I got Mandalay Bay on Nov 12. I saw the deal on the one of the other pages. I don't mind moving from hotel to hotel. Still looking for a good package for 13 and 14 Nov. Something big must be going on the 13th. Either the hotels are sold out or they are $400-500 a night.
