I'm guessing -- but it's just a guess -- that the number of rooms available on a specific date for a promotional deal also varies during a promo. Even if a promo deal isn't available for certain dates, it might still be available for other dates within the stated range. And, with cancellations and changing management decisions, even dates previously unavailable can become available again.

yes,it's still alive. but the website says member only,so don't forget to get a card before check-in in case they may ask for...
