Does anyone know what's going on in LV May 20-23? Prices are much higher during those three days and am wondering why. I ran into the same problem because we are planning a trip the same week. What I was able to come up with is there are many conventions that week totaling 100K people. |

I called Stratosphere hotel and asked, and the agent said they do need to see the email.
I had already made a reservation, and he made sure that I would have to bring my email for verification.
He said they check to see if the customer has the email while checking in. If not, they will adjust the rate to the current rate, thereby increasing the rate.
I ended up cancelling my reservation and booked another hotel. |
