The ad campaign was targeted to gay and lesbian travelers. Anyone who happens upon this code can use it; it's not like they're going to ask you to prove that you're gay. Just use the code and get the discount, for Pete's sake. It's just like another poster said... airlines will give you a discount if you're going to a convention if you can find out the promo code that was sent to legitimate convention-goers. How could this promotion be illegal then?

There's nothing in the promotion that says anything about your sexual orientation.
