got into the phone number, but they said I can't do it over the phone--only online. |

When you got through, were you able to make a reservation? What did they say? I couldn't make a reservation. I was told to "be patient." I also asked if I were to make a reservation directly through the hotel, would they refund the difference. I was told "no" again. She robotically replied, "please be patient." I also told her this is probably a scam and thousands of others believe the same thing, according to many blogs on the internet. She then said something to the effect, "other hotels do that, we don't." Errggh....yes, now you are one of those hotels.

I actually got through but when I tried to search for dates, I got the standard asp.net runtime error. So even if it works for you, their servers are so messed up it doesn't matter. |

Tell you what. You guys can all go back to your normal activities and I will take one for the team and continue refreshing. If I get through, I will let you know.
