ok, I followed perfectly and that 22.50 rate X 4 nites = $90; however plus 13.88 taxes and only then -$75 = $28.88 not bad for 4 nites; but not $15.00 as described by you - am I doing something wrong?

Also, many hotels seem to be excluded from this code. And some have "mandatory resort fee of up to $38 for 4 days" payable on check-out; how can this be challenged?

If you subtract the tax and divide by 4 nites, you get $15 per night.
Regarding the "mandatory resort fee", it's stated right up front on the reservation page, I don't see how you could challenge it. I'd just stay somewhere else.

Coupon PRIDE2009 will take $100 off a 5 night stay. Don't know the exact details of the coupon but it worked for me on the Galleria Palms for 5 nights in conjunction with the 40% already off. Should work on the other hotels too.
