Using Expedia coupons?

Under the coupons link on FW, there is a specific one saying Expedia is offering up to 45% on Miami hotels.

Do I have to do anything to take advantage of these coupons, or do I just follow the link, and the savings are already included in what comes up on the pages?

Tried searching a bit, but haven't found a clear answer.

Savings are already included in the displayed price.

FYI, if you look through Expedia.co.uk and the hotel you want is offered, I can email you a referral code for a 20pound coupon. (Payment would be in British Pounds; discount is ~$32 as previously mentioned on FW.) PM me with your email address if you'd like the coupon.
