REQUEST – Need cheap minivan rental in LAX for 2 weeks Archived From: Travel Discussion

I will be in LAX from July 18 to Aug 2. will have 6 people (4 adults, 2 kids) so will need minivan size as full SUV is be somewhat of a cram. already searched through some well known sites such as Enterprise, Alamo, and their quote is to the roof (close to $2k), more than my R/T airfare from JFK.... any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Airfare has absolutely nothing to do with car rental. I routinely pay far more for a car than for my cheapie DING flights.
When you get around to posting those three quotes, we'll be happy to see what we can do to help.
