The dates and cities of the $10 hotels are listed on their site now. Most are within a week or two of today's date. My friend is checking-in at the Houston 4*, the hilton Post Oak today. $30 total, including tax, for three nights. On hilton's website the rate is $111 (advance purchase) + tax per night.

There AREN'T any deals because the flight is for LAST MINUTE TRAVEL - within 1 to 2 weeks of date of travel
