I just try this one and I could believe it.

Fares to Buenos Aires from L.A. were cut to record lows this week. Flights are now just $337 roundtrip, including taxes. The new price is more than half off typical fares on this route.

This fare is available for travel Aug. 16 - Dec. 9. Prices are higher on most Fridays.

This rate is unadvertised and could sell out very quickly.

What about from South Carolina? I have a friend that is planning a quick trip...

Thanks, these fares are unbelievable, just booked for two for October, the price for two was still cheaper than what I have paid for one ticket. Buenos Aires is an awesome city, would rather visit here than many European cities, including Paris. Just be VERY careful when crossing the streets. I just need a trip for November then I will have something booked for every month this year.

pricing at 287 now

WOW! I should have waited. Let me see if I can squeeze in a trip in early September and use that as a launching pad for visiting a different part of Argentina, something not more than 2 or 3 hours from Buenos Aires. Thanks.

found good deals only from LAX

Found deals from ORD (Chicago) as well for 287, will book if wife can get off work

Do you have a link or dates to check? I can't find those fares from ORD. I am in Chicago. Have already booked LAX to EZE because I would spend a few days in L.A. either way.

But considering booking again, was looking out of L.A. again, but out of Chicago would be better. The second booking would be to go to Montevideo, Uruguay, which is about 2.5 hours via ferry from Buenos Aires. BUQUEBUS

How do you get the $287 for LAX? I pick 287 and then it takes me to the list of flights, but they're all like $700+

I think it's too late ;-(

I think this is dead now, although it lasted a surprisingly long time. Although I found the ~$287 deal out of JFK as late as Sunday evening, I decided to pass because of the schedule. It was great for students and retired folks, but it would have cost me extra vacation days when compared to the direct flight.

Aye, I believe it'd dead too. 2nd week in Nov had the low price from LAX and ORD, but not anymore. A friend booked that timeframe, he mentioned that the price had actually gone back up a few hours before it booked, but went down again a few hours later, so I'm going to keep my eye on this for the next couple days, maybe I'll get lucky -- my wife didn't get affirmation she could have the time off until today, so I missed it too
